The 2nd International Conference on Religion and Peace, organized by the University of Global Peace (UGP), was successfully held on 30 August 2026 as part of the International Conference.
Under the theme “Buddhism in Action: Actualizing Peace and Harmony,” a total of 14 paper presenters from various universities presented and discussed their research papers in Pāli, Myanmar, and English.
The International Conference was attended by professors, lecturers, Ph.D. and M.A. students from various universities, as well as other professionals and scholars from diverse fields.
The conference provided a valuable platform for academic exchange, scholarly discussion, and the sharing of diverse perspectives on Buddhism, peace, harmony, and their practical applications in contemporary society.
